It is time to register for the Swedish Surfski Championships. Seamasters 2012 will take place on the 26 of August in Arkösund/Oxelösund on the Swedis east coast. It is the biggest and most important surfski race in Sweden. The interest for surfski in Sweden has increased in recent years. Will we have a Swedish winner this year? Oscar Chalupsky won the race last year and will race this year as well. Will he be in the same shape as in May when he won the Molokai? Then it will be a though challenge.
Seamasters is a 25 km long Ocean race open for Surf ski, Outrigger and SUP paddlers. The race is held for the sixth time, drawing paddlers from the Nordic countries as well as Europe, South Africa and America. More info about seamasters is found here.
