Increase your shoulder flexibility

Are you stiff in your shoulders? You are not alone. Here is a simpel exercise that you can add continuously to your training program. The purpose of this exercise is to strive for normal movement in your shoulder to prevent injuries.

The Wall Extension is an exercise for your shoulders. The exercise looks much easier than it is, especially if you have stiff muscles. The Wall Extension is performed while sitting against a wall.  Strive to keep elbows and hands tightly against the wall all the time.
